Working with Jack Morton Worldwide, I oversaw the launch of Microsoft's first store outside of the US. The project consisted of a week-long program of private events for media, executives and invited guests, culminating in the store opening on Nov 12. Customers lined up at Westfield and Pitt St Mall the evening prior with food and entertainment, with doors opening at 12pm, followed by a free concert at the State Theatre featuring Jessie J.
