As Producer for all theatrical performances, I worked with Creative Directors Ignatius Jones and Craig Illot (Smoke & Mirrors, Sydney NYE, Vivid), executive producer Alfred and Merivale CEO Justin Hemmes to create a weekly rotational program of theatrical performances, with a new program launching each six months. I oversaw the weekly performance budget totaling $1million annually, as well as managing a team of over 40 acrobats, aerialists, dancers and technical crew. This was also alongside technical production including flying and rigging systems, bespoke video and pyrotechnics.
